Primary Objectives of the Role
Assists in preparing or updating client facing communication pieces.
Ability to analyze and summarize client data either in client audits or renewal proposals.
Maintain real time client records via Excel and documents/files.
Receive and handle customer inquiries regarding individual healthcare plans, and other related activities.
Target Candidate Profile
Must have previous experience in a customer service oriented capacity.
Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Valid 215 insurance license.
