ConnectGen has been retained to commence a search for a Health Insurance Account Manager for a revolutionary insurance provider in South Tampa, Florida that provides true transparency and cost savings to their customers.

Primary Objectives of the Role
Take incoming customer inquiries from the clients themselves, as well as the individual employees within the clients’ organizations.
Process and submit enrollments, change requests, and terminations.
Facilitate minor claims resolutions, as well as enrollment and billing resolutions.
Update and maintain customer accounts in real time.
Be proactive in nature and assist other team members as needed.
This role is onsite at the office, with the potential for hybrid work in the future.
Target Candidate Profile
Must have previous experience working in a customer service capacity and have good communication skills.
Experience with healthcare coverage account management strongly preferred.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of the carrier portals Employee Navigator, ADP, and Paycom are a plus.
