ConnectGen has been retained to commence a search for a SVP of Sales for a leading wireless system integrator, which offers long-term turnkey lifecycle management complete with design, development, implementation, upgrades, monitoring and ongoing maintenance and management.

They assume all responsibility and risk for the technology and connectivity aspects of buildings, allowing its customers to focus on their core business and for the proper use and allocation of their core capital and personnel.
Compensation: $200K-$235K base pay, with an overriding commission from the sales team
Primary Objectives of the Role
As the SVP of Sales, you will be required to:
Implement all new sales strategies, which includes, but is not limited to building and training an entire sales team; establishing sales strategies for the three verticals of healthcare, hospitality, and education; setting KPIs; establishing and managing quotas; and managing the sales budget.
Clearly articulate the company’s value position and lead the long sales cycles associated with the products and services.
Hire, replace, and continually train and motivate all sales representatives within the organization.
Establish and monitor the compensation plans for the entire sales team.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients nationwide.
A high level of travel is required for this position, roughly 50% of the time.
Target Candidate Profile
The minimum and preferred qualifications are:
A minimum of 5 years sales leadership experience within the wireless telecom space.
Proven track record of bringing in new business and increasing revenue year over year.
In-depth knowledge of working within the confines of carrier requirements (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc.).
Must be able to perform under pressure, and continually lead and motivate the sales team.
A four-year degree or postgraduate degree is a bonus but not required.
